Bundanon is a place of creativity and community inspired by the landscape.
Welcoming artists and visitors alike, Bundanon is set across 1,000 hectares of wildlife refuge on Dharawal and Dhurga Country in the Shoalhaven Region of the NSW South Coast. It is home to an Art Museum, a permanent collection and a renowned artists-in-residence program.
Explore a dynamic year-round program of exhibitions, live music, performances, talks and creative workshops – all set within a striking landscape. Stay the night in award-winning architecture and savour an intimate, art-filled weekend at Bundanon. Pick up a map and take a self-guided walk, or book a Cultural Walk led by First Nations Custodians to experience a deeper connection to Country.
Located at the Art Museum site, Ramox Café offers seasonal menus featuring quality produce sourced from the surrounding Shoalhaven region. The menu is subject to regular changes based on the availability of locally sourced produce. A selection of local wines and beers is also available.
On weekends, delve deeper into one of Australia’s most prominent artistic dynasties by visiting the Homestead site. Discover the site’s social and cultural history and the stories of Arthur and Yvonne Boyd and their family. Step inside Arthur Boyd’s painting studio to experience the world of one of Australia’s most celebrated artists.
Bundanon acknowledges the people of the Dharawal and Dhurga language groups as the Traditional Owners of the land within our boundaries, and recognises their continuous connection to culture, community and Country.
